We got up early to get to OF before the crowds. It was cloudy, but got this shot along the road.

Also on the way to thermals we caught these faraway views of Sandhill cranes. My hope was to get the flock at Bosque Del Apache (bust).

Steaming Bison
Walking up to Solitary Geyser, which is a bit out of the way from the main Upper Geyser trail, we came across this lone bison in a field. The backdrop made for a nice setting.
